Fat Loss 4 Idiots Menu

We present a 3 day fat loss 4 idiots menu here that consists of 4 meals a day. This is a non-vegetarian diet plan. The only thing that is to be taken care of while following this menu is that the stomach should never be completely full or completely empty. There is no restriction on the proportion of the ingredients of the menu.
On day 1 the first meal can consist of either one or all of these: hard boiled eggs, roasted beef slices and bowl of vegetables (preferably steamed or boiled). The second meal of the day should consist of either scrambled eggs or broiled sea bass or both of these in any proportion. The third meal of the day would consist of cottage cheese and sausage links. Again the proportion is up to your preference. The fourth meal of the day would have tuna salad plate, broiled orange roughy and fresh pears.
On day 2 the first meal would consist of deli meat sandwich. This sandwich can be made using 2 bread slices, deli meat and if you want to add you can put lettuce, tomatoes and onions too. The second, third and fourth meals of the day would consist of fresh fruits. The most preferred fruits would be orange, pears, apples, peaches, strawberries, plums, grapes and kiwis
The first meal on day 3 consists of pastrami slices and shrimps. Meal 2 would be chicken and macadamia nuts. The third meal would consist of turkey slices, cheese slices and banana milkshake. The last meal of the program would essentially consist of hard boiled eggs and roasted beef slices.
